Second generation member, David Atkinson is offering an outstanding opportunity to hear a story of resilience while aboard a 1930’s craft continuing to float against the tests of time and nature. While aboard the 50 foot vessel, you’ll learn about its history, its captain, and its restoration in progress – while maintaining full operational capacity.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings, May 16 through June 1, David will be welcoming groups aboard the vintage icebreaker Clifford J for a comfortable cruise and lively conversation. Discussions will be prompted by topics in chapters of his recently published book The Resilient Path: Forging Your Unshakable Life. You can check out the contents outlined in the sample he shares on the link above and encourage him to read a chapter based on a title that sparks your group’s interests.
The Clifford J will be docked on the wall near the Yacht Club before each voyage and will leave promptly at 6:30, whether there is just one participant or the full limit of 12 arriving for each voyage. Participants must dress for the weather conditions and bring a foldable chair. You may also choose to bring food and drinks to enjoy on the excursion. David created a Reservation Form to hold your spot for each date.
