“The Ref” Themed Dining Event
This fine dining theme is a sleeper – based on the meal served in the most frequently mentioned “favorite Christmas feature” – The Ref – which is rated R for moderately foul language and mature subjects and is recommended for ages 15 and over.
The last time we checked (accidentally) none of us are inflammable, therefore, we’ll not be requiring anyone to wear a candle lit wreath through dinner. The feature menu includes – Roast suckling pig, fresh baked Kringlors with a honey pecan dipping sauce, seven day old Lutefisk, and Lamb Gookins followed by an Orange Marzipan Cake with Creme de Menthe and Lime Zest

~ Anchovy and roasted pepper crostini (GF version available)
